RENTAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

We will rent out your property if it is furnished and well maintained. You can get a good income by renting your property for short periods. GREMS takes the responsibility of getting good vacationers for your property and we will ensure that proper rental agreement is done between you (owner) and renter. A refundable security deposit will be charged to the renter, any damage costs to your property will be deducted from this security deposit at the time of checkout by the renter.

MAINTENANCE

We also maintain properties for owners who are not residing in Goa. Your property will be well maintained, our services include 

• Cleaning of your property either weekly or fortnightly, 

• Maintenance of all utility items like refrigerator, ACs, water heaters, other electrical appliances. In case repairs are required the same will be intimated to you with the costs incurred and on your approval, these repairs will be carried out.

• Utility bill payments like water bill, electricity bill, telephone bills etc

• Payment of outgoings in case your apartment is in a registered Society.
